Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 10–14 business days after the order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $20 and free for orders over $20. The final shipping charge and available service are shown at checkout for your delivery address.

Tracking

We send tracking information after your order ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours after the first carrier scan to update. If no information appears after 48 hours, contact us with your order number.

You can also check the carrier website shown in your tracking details. Common carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL, OnTrac, and Canada Post.

International Orders

Available destinations are shown at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by the destination country.
