Are thoes lashes cruelty free?
Yes, all of lashes on our store are cruelty free.
Whilst we respect and admire everybody's lifestyle choices, please rest assured, we as a brand are completely against animal cruelty in any form. We only use completely cruelty free methods for our mink lashes, which make up a small part of our business.
How do I care for my Lashes?/How do I apply my Lashes?/How do I remove my Lashes?
Prepare your look, curl your natural lashes and if you are applying mascara do so before applying your false lashes.
Once you’re ready to apply your false lashes, carefully remove the lashes from the tray by dislodging the inner corner of the band, then pulling the rest of the lash off by the band. Never pull on the lashes themselves.
Hold the lash up to your eye to measure for sizing. If the lash is longer than your natural eye shape, trim the lash accordingly, always cutting it from the inner corner of the lash.
Place a thin layer of non-permanent glue on the band of the lash, allow it to dry for 30 seconds, then apply the lash by placing the band on top of your natural lash line.
Repeat steps for the other eye and you are glam and ready to go!
Do these lashes come with glue?
Our Lashes do not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.

Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, Tracking system does not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged at email@example.com .

How much is shipping to my country?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase.
But for US, UK, Australia, and Canada, we offer free shipping for order over $20.

Why payment keep showing do not honour?
The reason for the transaction failure is that the card issuer does not trust, it may be the consumer's card number, cvv is wrong,
or the card does not support overseas payment, the card limits the maximum amount of consumption.
I suggest you can contact consumers :
1. Let him confirm that the card number information is correct and re-pay;
2. Change the card and pay again. You can contact the consumer to verify the specific cause of the failure and ask him to contact the card issuing bank to inquire about the cause of the failure
