Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted, opened, or used products.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly at crazyeyelash@vprbeauty.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the shipping package, shipping label, and damaged item. We will review the information and, when the claim is approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
